2. Business Inquiries & Orders

All export inquiries (via email, phone, or WhatsApp) should include accurate product requirements, quantities, and delivery details. Prices are subject to change based on market conditions, availability, and international trade regulations. A formal Proforma Invoice (PI) will be issued upon order confirmation. The final contract is binding only after written confirmation from both parties.

3. Payment Terms

Payment methods (bank transfer, LC, etc.) will be agreed upon before shipment.
Full or partial advance payment may be required, depending on the order terms.
Currency for transactions will be specified in the invoice (typically USD or PKR).

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines depend on order volume, destination, and customs clearance.
We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, port strikes, or government restrictions).
Risk of loss/damage transfers to the buyer upon shipment handover to the logistics provider.

5. Quality Assurance

We ensure potatoes meet export-grade standards at the time of shipment.
Buyers must inspect goods upon receipt and report discrepancies within 7 days for resolution.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Orders canceled after confirmation may incur fees.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed per the agreed terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (logos, product details) is owned by Ilyana Enterprises and protected under copyright laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., profit loss) arising from transactions. – Buyers are responsible for complying with their country’s import laws.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Pakistani law.
Disputes will first be resolved amicably; unresolved issues may be settled in Karachi courts.
